THE PATH FORWARD

Let’s be clear—this role is a launchpad.

This is how we build leaders.

You start by owning the bar.
 Then you expand.

There is a cross-training path into the Operations & Service Lead role—learning to run the floor, lead full service, and drive the entire guest experience.

Master both sides—bar and floor—and now you’re not just strong…you’re complete.

That’s when the real doors open:

  •  AGM
  •  GM
  •  Executive leadership within BRF
People who win in this role don’t stay here long.

They move.

If you can run a bar, build a program, train a team, and lead with intensity—you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

This is not just a job......This is YOUR NEXT LEVEL !!!
